Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

At Evalio, we want to make sure your online shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Our website is open 24/7, offering an easy and convenient ordering process. We process orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your products promptly — in some cases, even on the same day.

All stated delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as bad weather, public holidays, courier network disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Please note that we may contact you for additional information before processing your order if necessary.

Evalio ships to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and internationally.

Processing

Processing time starts from the date your order is placed.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+1) are usually processed the same day.
Processing your order can take up to two business days.
Larger purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times.
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers may limit operations. Regular service resumes immediately after holidays.

  • Incorrect address information, customs clearance, or other issues may delay delivery.

  • We do not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer a signature service, please request it when placing your order.

  • We kindly ask you to inspect the package before accepting it. If it appears damaged during transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still haven’t received a confirmation, contact us so we can resend your order number.

Once a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
For larger orders, multiple shipping confirmations may be sent.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 12 hours after placing your order.
Please contact us immediately at info@evalio.com if a change is needed.
Once your order has shipped, we can no longer modify the delivery address.

Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
The out-of-stock item will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear otherwise from you within two business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Unexpected Delays

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than estimated.
If your package exceeds the expected delivery window of 2–7 business days, please contact us.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Package Damaged During Transport

If your package is visibly damaged during transport, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service team.
If the package was delivered while you were not present, contact us immediately to discuss next steps.

Important:
After five days from the delivery confirmation, we can no longer accept claims for loss or transport damage.
